We solemnly pledge to prohibit any form of bribery, extortion, illegal political contributions, or improper benefits in all business dealings. We strictly enforce conflict-of-interest policies to maintain fair market competition. A dedicated unit under the Board of Directors has been established to oversee ethical policy implementation and risk management. Furthermore, we have instituted an independent whistleblower system with anonymous protection mechanisms to ensure all operations comply with the highest regulatory standards. Inforcom Technology Inc. regularly reports performance to the Board and continuously optimizes management mechanisms, fostering a transparent and trust-based business environment with our suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to practice long-term stable operations and social responsibility.

To implement robust cybersecurity management, the company has appointed a dedicated Chief Information Security Officer and two specialized security personnel to coordinate the planning, deployment, and execution of security policies, ensuring our performance aligns with international standards. We have officially obtained the ISO 27001:2022 certification. Through standardized management procedures, supplemented by hardware defenses such as antivirus software, firewalls, email filtering, and intrusion detection systems, we continuously upgrade our infrastructure to maintain optimal defense resilience.
 

Simultaneously, we place great emphasis on cultivating a security culture. In addition to sending professional staff to external training for the latest threat intelligence, we integrate cybersecurity awareness into our comprehensive employee training.
